I was purchasing this item and send to my China friend house as Taobao only post the items to CHINA ONLY.
If you wanted to buy it and send to Malaysia or Singapore, first you has to apply an account at www.taobao.com. Then, you have to registered a middle shipping company like - 代购 ( http://www.65daigou.com/) ，4PX (http://en.4px.com/) ..etc to transfer the goods to your door step.
It is not difficult, the only thing is you need to register your account through the website.
So far what i know the pricing for transferring from China to Sg cost by first 1Kg (at rate around RMB35 (SGD7), then subsequently 500g at around RMB12 (SGD 2.5).
